ChildFund New Zealand is implementing a five-year project in PNG with funding from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT) and supporters. The project will train teachers at 17 high schools to teach their students about gender equality, violence prevention, consent, and building respectful relationships. We call the programme Rights, Respect, Resilience.

Like all mothers, Mary wants to keep her children healthy.
A major concern for the mother of three is her children becoming very ill with vomiting and diarrhea, a common and sadly sometimes devastating illness for children in Kiribati.
Congratulations to Sharon and Terry from the Solomon Islands, who have recently graduated with a Diploma in Counselling form the University of the South Pacific (USP). This is part of a five year project supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade through ChildFund New Zealand’s Negotiated Partnership Programme.
