Bicycle Card

Bicycle

For some children, the school day begins long before they reach the classroom. They may have to walk for hours over difficult or unsafe terrain, arriving tired, or missing school altogether when the journey becomes too much.

A bicycle can make the trip faster, safer, and more manageable. Instead of spending hours on the road, a child can arrive with more time and energy to learn, take part, and enjoy being with their classmates. Attending school more consistently can help them build the knowledge, confidence and opportunities they need to shape their own future.

This gift is part of ChildFund New Zealand’s wider education work.

Your support could help remove practical barriers to learning, giving a child a better chance to stay in school, pursue their goals, and fulfil their potential.
