School Meals Greeting Card

A week of school meals

It is difficult for a child to learn when hunger is the loudest thing in the classroom. An empty stomach can make it harder to concentrate, participate in lessons or find the energy to play with friends.

Nutritious school meals can give a child the energy they need to focus, learn, and make the most of their education. It can also make regular school attendance more achievable for families facing financial hardship, helping children stay connected to the classroom and the opportunities it offers.

This gift is part of ChildFund New Zealand’s wider education and nutrition work.

Your support could help nourish a child’s body and mind—giving them the energy to learn, play and build a brighter future.
