Dairy Cow Card

Cow

For a child and their family, a cow can provide far more than milk. Nutrient-rich milk can help a child grow stronger and healthier, while selling the surplus can give their parents a valuable source of income.

With practical training and support, families can use that income to put nourishing food on the table, pay for healthcare and keep their children in school. Over time, one cow can help a family move beyond meeting each day’s immediate needs and begin planning for a more secure future.

This gift is part of ChildFund New Zealand’s wider livelihoods and nutrition work.

Your support could help families access livestock, training and practical resources—building better nutrition, a more reliable income and lasting opportunities for their children.
