Community Water Card

Community Water

Imagine knowing the water your child drinks could make them sick but having no safer choice. For many families, untreated water is part of daily life, putting children at risk of preventable illness and forcing them to spend hours collecting the water their family needs.

Your gift can help communities improve access to clean, safe drinking water through work such as building or repairing wells, boreholes and other local water systems. When safer water is brought closer, children can grow healthier and spend less time collecting water - and more time learning, playing and enjoying their childhood.

This gift is part of ChildFund New Zealand’s wider water and sanitation work.

Your support could help protect children from waterborne illness and bring a more reliable supply closer to their homes, schools and communities.
