It's time for another lockdown... how are you going?

With Aotearoa New Zealand having moved to Alert Level 4 lockdown at 11:59pm last night, we wanted to reach out, see how you're going, and to let you know that the ChildFund team will still be working (with some changes to our services to protect you and our staff).

Our team is working (from home) during lockdown:

Do you have any questions about your account? Would you like an update about the children and communities you support? Are you interested in making a donation towards our life-changing work? Or do you simply just want to chat with someone? We welcome all calls!

The ChildFund team will be reaching out to some of our supporters during the lockdown, but please don't hesitate to call us first on 0800 808 822! We're still taking calls (even during lockdown) from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, and we're looking forward to hearing from you

We are committed to helping children and youth to thrive. That's why, even in Level 4 lockdown, we are working as quickly as we can to get your donations where they need to go. Of course, there will be some expected delays and interruptions (especially with the post) so the quickest and easiest way to donate to ChildFund is either online, or by calling our team on 0800 808 822.
